HANAMI DANGO Cookies
This is a snowball cake (Mexican wedding cake), but it imitates Hanami Dango. Hanami dango is eaten during Hanami (see Sakura flowers) and generally consists of 3 colors. So I made snowballs in 3 colors like Hanami Dango!

- 100 g unsalted butter
- 60 g of sugar
- 130 g of flour
- 20 g of corn flour
- feel vanilla extract,
- 2 tablespoons. Kinako soybean flour
- 1 teaspoon of Matcha green tea powder
- Adequacy of confectioner's sugar for disposal
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Slide with flour and corn flour.
- Microwave the butter until it melts. Combine sugar and butter together.
- Mix flour and corn flour with a spatula.
- Divide the dough into 3. Add vanilla for the dough, kinako for the others and matcha for the rest. Shape each mixture into balls.
- Place each color of the cake mixture on a wooden stick. Place it on parchment paper.
- Wrap the skewers in aluminum foil so they don't burn.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Cookies cannot be plated.
- When it's cold, roll the sugar.
