Ingredients
Muffin:
- 500 g of soft butter

- 6 cups of cake flour

- 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
- 2 glasses of milk
Chocolate sauce:
- 2 cups of icing sugar
- 3 glasses of water
- 2 tablespoons of coffee
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Topping:
- 4 liter ice cream (taste according to desire)
- 2 pkt choc beans
- 4 pieces of chocolate
- Strawberries to taste
Steps
- To make a sponge cake, first heat the oven until it reaches a temperature of 180 ° C. Beat the butter and sugar mixture. Then add the eggs to it, add the vanilla and oil, beat well. Pour the flour and milk into it then stir well, place it on the oven tray that has been oiled. Bake for about 25 minutes.
- To make chocolate sauce: Pour ingredients into a saucepan then place it on the stove over medium heat. Wait for it to boil then remove from heat. This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator and when needed can be reheated.
- Next cut the sponge cake into slices, place it in a large bowl and make one layer in it, pour the Choc sauce on top, then pour 2 liters of soft icecream, place the chopped chocolate. Add another layer of chocolate sauce, sponge cake, choc slices and icecream. Then finish using chocolate and also choc beans. Then it can be shaken or left to make the strawberries intact and add to topping. Add a few drops of chocolate sauce. Chill until ice cream is regular. Let stand about 10 minutes then serve.
