Mango Tiramisu Ice cream Cake
A few years ago I realized that I started to love mangoes. Not that I didn't love him before, but I just realized that mango is a summer fruit that is very juicy, delicious and also fragrant, mango can also be combined with other different ingredients, so perfect right?
This time the variation is the tiramisu mango which I will mix with ice cream and cake, this is a perfect variation for summer. This recipe is fast and easy to make and takes only a few minutes.
Ingredients
- 8 mangoes
- 4 liters of vanilla icecream
- 8 packs of Parle g biscuits
- 2 sponge cakes
- 8 tablespoons of coffee
- 400 ml of water
Steps
- First pour the coffee into a container, then add warm water, keep it cold.
- Dip the biscuits in the coffee solution then place it on a square plate. Dip some sponge cakes in coffee, then crush them and spread them over the biscuits.
- Place the vanilla ice cream in a bowl, let it soft, then pour the sliced mango, mix and pour evenly on a plate filled with biscuits and cake.
- Do the same for the biscuits and cakes then pour the sliced mangoes on top.
- Repeat again as above then add the vanilla icecream.
- Then finish with the mango and cling film, freeze it in the refrigerator and leave it overnight.
- Mango Tiramisu Ice cream Cake is ready to be cut, and ready to be served.
