Ingredients
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml of vegetable stock
- 2 potatoes
- 1 or 2 carrots
- A little broccoli
- Cauliflower head, only half
- 1 fresh grater (grated)
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 turmeric (grated)
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- Sea salt to taste
Steps
- Pour the vegetable stock into a large saucepan, add coconut milk and stir. Cook on low heat.
- Add the potatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower. Also add carrots and simmer.
