Autumn Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker (mash)
- 0.5 cup pecans (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons white sugar (add more if it feels less)
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon (powder)
- 30 ml of melted butter (unsalted)
- 15 ounces of cream cheese (puree)
- 0.5 glass of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 apples (peeled and sliced)
Steps
- First, heat the oven to 175 degrees C. Stir the graham cracker in a large pan, add sugar, 1/2 of the pecans, melted butter, and cinnamon. Then press down on the 9-inch springform pan. Next bake for about 10 minutes in the oven.
- Pour the sugar and cream cheese into a large steamer, mix until smooth. Add the beaten eggs one by one, stir well. Then fill the vanilla blender into the toasted crust.
- Pour cinnamon and sugar into a small bowl, stir well. Add apple slices and stir again. Take a spoonful of apple mixture, pour over a layer of cream cheese, then sow 1/2 of the remaining pecans on top.
- Bake the cake in the oven for approximately 65 minutes. Loosen the cake from the edge of the pan using a knife. Once cool, remove the edges of the pan. Before serving, let the cake cool.
