The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie

ingredients
- 225 grams of butter (room temperature)
- 150 grams of white sugar
- 150 grams of cane sugar
- Eggs 2 pieces
- 1 Teaspoon. vanilla extract
- 1 Teaspoon. salt
- 1 Teaspoon. dust developing
- 1 Teaspoon. sodium bicarbonate
- 170 grams of nuts
- 250 grams of chocolate chips
- 300 grams of flour for bread
- 120 grams of flour
- 2 tablespoons. Corn starch (the secret to having a little softness)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180.
- Butter and sugar cream.
- Add eggs, salt, vanilla and raising agents. Continue stirring until well mixed.
- Mix the flour and cornstarch. Add 3/4 drops of chocolate and nuts.
- Roll out and flour the pan and cover with waxed paper.
- Using a pumpkin or spoon, place the biscuit in your hand. Add the rest of the chocolate to the top for an exceptional view.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes.
