Molten lava cake with vanilla icecream
This cake is a perfect dish! Suitable for dessert. It only takes about 30 minutes to make it.
Ingredients
- 60 grams of flour
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Hershey's)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
- A little salt
- 6 tablespoons of whole milk
- as needed Ice Cream (optional for serving)
- 2 eggs
- 2 ounces of mild chocolate breaker
- 2 tablespoons of water
Steps
- Put flour into a microwave safe bowl, add sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt, stir until evenly mixed.
- Add milk, melted butter, vanilla and eggs. Then shake until blended, the flour mixture is at the bottom, a piece of chocolate in the middle of the cup. Then drop the water over the dough as much as 2 tablespoons.
- Then cook using mirowave for 1 minute 20 seconds with full power, or until cooked.
- Leave for about 5 minutes to cool, then place 2 spoons of ice cream directly on it.
