Ice cream cake
This is vanilla cake with fresh fruit filling and also butterscotch ice cream.
Making this cake using a non-stick pan ..
It looks like mud ...
Ingredients
- 1 cup of curd
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 glass of milk
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- as needed ice cream
- chocolate glaze (chocochips + spread chocolate + hot milk + a little sugar).
Steps
- Mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup curd, 1/2 powder sugar cangur, Stir until smooth.
- Put in it 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 2 cups of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Mix slowly, then add 1 glass of milk.
- Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence (optional). Then stir, but don't overdo it when mixing.
- Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan that has been spread with oil, spread evenly. then cover, cook on low heat. allow about three minutes. Then check. when it's done put it on a plate.
- Repeat again with the remaining batter. Leave it to cool.
- After that, cut the edges with a bowl on top. Place the layer at the very bottom, then apply ice cream on top, also add the chopped fresh fruit. Repeat again with the remaining layers.
- Freeze for about 35 minutes until it becomes ice cream.
- Remove from the refrigerator, add chocolate on top (chocochips + spread chocolate + hot milk + a little sugar).
- Then you can decorate it with sprinkles and cherries.
