Chocolate Square Fudge

- 200 grams of dark chocolate, chopped
- 200 grams of butter, sweet
- 250 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of cocoa
- 50 grams of almonds
- 50 grams of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 50 grams of walnuts, cut into pieces
icing
- 100 grams of soft butter
- 200 grams of icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 50 grams of nuts, broken or chopped
- 2 tablespoons of milk
Steps
- Preheat the oven with a 180 ÂșC fan. Basic brownies and polishing 20 x 30 cm with parchment paper.
- Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl in a saucepan filled with hot water, but do not boil and stir until the mixture is smooth and melted. Set aside to cool.
- Mix the flour, chocolate, sugar, baking powder and a little salt. Pour the chocolate mixture, mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the eggs, one at a time, shake after each addition. Mix the walnuts and mix until blended. Don't mix too much.
- Pour the mixture into a box and cook for 30 to 35 minutes until it hardens and cooks. Cold
- To prepare the icing, place the butter in a bowl in a saucepan filled with hot water over low heat. Mix in chocolate, add sugar and milk, mix well. Pour and apply on a cake. Spread and slightly press the nuts above. Let it go. Gently remove from the box and cut it into squares.
