- 200 ml of milk or evaporated milk

- 5 large egg whites
- 75 grams of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 75 grams of flour
- 5 large egg yolks
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Add 8x8 flour and flour to the pan. Heat butter, cheese, and milk with a frying pan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it melts. Remove from fire.
- In a large bowl, beat the egg whites, sugar, and tartar cream until they become meringue. Kneading tip: try returning the bowl to your face. If it doesn't fall on your face, that's enough meringue. Lol Please don't accidentally mix it with other ingredients like water or egg yolks or the mixture won't come out completely. Clean and rinse the bowl before shaking it.
- In another large bowl, beat the egg yolks until thick and light.
- Open the cheese mixture and pour over the egg yolks. Add flour and add mixture.
- Then pour the egg white mixture and lemon juice into the cheese mixture. Fold until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a pan and cook for 60-70 minutes using the water technique as shown below
- Remove the pan from the oven. Keep it fresh and your soft cheese ready to be served !!
