 - Chopped Red Thai Chilies
 - Leaves recent Cilantro
 - Thin Sliced Diakon Radishes
 - Thin Sliced Asian Pear
 - Fresh Water Spinach [pickled & divided]
 - Leaves recent Mint
 - Fine Minced Lemongrass
 - Fresh crisp Bean Sprouts
 - Thin Sliced Bok Choy
 - Thin Sliced recent Ginger
 - Thin Sliced recent Shitake Mushroom first-rate
 - Chopped Bamboo Shoots
 - Thin Sliced Water Chestnuts
 - Thin Sliced Jalapenos
 - Thin Sliced Carrots
 - Thin Sliced Vidalia Onions
 - Thin Sliced Red Onions
 - Chopped inexperienced Onions
 - Thin Sliced Asian Cucumbers
 - Leaves recent LG Lettuce

 - Thai Nam Prik Sauce [see my formula - preferred]
 - Quality Fish Sauce
 - Quality soy
 - Hot Thai Mustard
 - Hoisin Sauce
 - Oyster Sauce
 - Plumb Sauce
 - Sriracha Sauce
 - Sriracha aioli sauce
 - Sweet Asian Chile Sauce
 - Toasted herb Seeds
 
Steps
- Chop up all of your recent chilled veggies and herbs.
 - Pile vegetables on your recent chilled crisp lettuce leaves.
 - Definitely serve with Thai Nam Prik Sauce. See my formula. This sauce is as common on Thai tables as condiment is here on ours within the U.S..
 - But, add no matter sauces you'd like.
